Moreland took over full ownership of Capital in 2015. He came with over thirty years' experience in the industry, working for some of the biggest facilities companies. From the mobilisation of national contracts to the re-structuring of service delivery teams, Moreland understands that communication and a partnership approach to all work translates to a more fulfilled work force, along with a truly satisfied customer.
Work has taken him to several countries to look at best practice and approach from a variety of customers and partners. e.g. Denmark, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Spain, Czech Republic, Switzerland and Austria.
Since taking over the running of Capital, the business has grown and evolved to become a recognised regional player in the FM world.
