Capital Cleaning Service would like to welcome Aleksandra Diamante into the business. Aleksandra joins CCS as Area Supervisor for the Glasgow region.

Aleksandra is new into the soft services sector but brings with her wealth of understanding in customer relationship management through successfully running her own business in bespoke high-end jewellery.

As Aleksandra said regarding customer service – “it’s all about understanding your customers, in what they want as well as what they don’t know they want.”
